MyWiFi Review (2026): Pricing, Features, Pros & Limits

MyWiFi Networks review for MSPs, agencies and multi-location operators, with current pricing, login-method limits, analytics and reseller fit.

MyWiFi Networks is strongest when guest WiFi is operated as a managed service rather than a one-off amenity. Its current product and pricing structure is explicitly reseller-oriented: multiple client locations, white-label controls, broader hardware support and higher-tier API/automation tools.

Short answer: MyWiFi is one of the strongest first products to evaluate for MSPs, agencies and operators managing many locations. A single small venue focused mainly on reviews and repeat marketing may find a venue-first product simpler.

MyWiFi pricing in 2026

PlanCurrent published monthly priceBest fit
Starter$49Entry-level use; verify current limits
Connect$199Growing agencies; full reseller controls start here on the current pricing page
Growth$499Agencies managing many venues

The current pricing page also lists a 14-day free trial and annual billing discounts. Location and access-point allowances differ by tier, and overage pricing can materially change total cost, so use the live calculator for your actual deployment.

Where MyWiFi stands out

  • Service-provider model: white-label branding, client sub-accounts and multi-location administration.
  • Analytics: dashboard reporting, real-time guest analytics, custom reports and automated reporting; current pricing also places presence analytics and footfall heatmaps on Connect and above.
  • Automation: higher tiers add API data export, webhooks and integrations.
  • Login choices: current support documentation lists email, free WiFi, SMS, WhatsApp, passcode and credit-card login methods.

A limitation buyers should know

MyWiFi’s current support documentation explicitly says Google, Facebook and generic OAuth guest login are not supported. That does not prevent social-media marketing integrations such as pixels or redirects, but it matters if your definition of “social WiFi” requires a guest to authenticate with a Facebook or Google account.

Who should shortlist MyWiFi

Start here if you manage multiple client locations, want to sell guest WiFi as a recurring service, need white-label control, or expect API/reporting requirements to grow. For a single restaurant, salon, gym or café that mainly wants email, SMS and automated reviews, also compare Beambox.

Guest WiFi Scout verdict

Best first look for a reseller or MSP.

The value proposition gets stronger as the operation becomes more multi-location, client-facing and automation-heavy.

Evaluate MyWiFi as an operations platform

The strongest buying case is not simply a branded captive portal. Service providers should test client/sub-account administration, repeatable location setup, reporting, automation and hardware breadth. A venue that only needs one customer-marketing portal may prefer a simpler product.

Reseller economics

Use the tier that actually includes the reseller controls you need, then model extra locations/access points, messaging and support time. Compare that cost with the managed service revenue and the operational time saved by standardized deployment.

Client ownership and offboarding

Decide who owns the guest records and integrations before onboarding a client. Confirm export options and create a documented handoff path. This makes the service less risky and gives clients confidence that leaving the MSP does not mean losing legitimate business data.
