Why this site exists
The category is unusually difficult to compare. Some products are built for a single café. Others are designed for MSPs managing many client locations. Vacation-rental tools solve a different problem again. Vendor comparison pages naturally emphasize their own strengths, while generic software roundups often miss the networking details that decide whether a product is practical.
Our goal is to make the decision smaller: identify the buyer, verify the environment, document current capabilities and explain the trade-offs.
